Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ventSSO (https://sso.ventureco.app), the single sign-on service of the Venture applications, provided by Venture CO Group Kft. (registered seat: 1036 Budapest, Pacsirtamező utca 65. VI. em. 4. ajtó, company registration number: 01 09 437392; "we").
By creating an account or signing in, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
ventSSO lets you sign in once and use the Venture applications you have access to. It keeps your account, confirms your identity to those applications and tells them your roles. Each application has its own terms for what it provides. ventSSO itself is free of charge.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- The information you give us must be true, and you keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, your second factor and your devices safe. Do not share your account.
- If you notice that someone else may have used your account, tell us at once: we will sign you out everywhere and help you secure it.
- One person, one account. Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- try to access an account, application or data that is not yours;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- disrupt or overload the service, or get around its limits and protections;
- use the service in breach of the law or of the rights of others.
4. Access to applications
Whether you may use an application is decided by its administrators: they may grant, change or remove your access and your roles. Your access may also be reviewed periodically.
5. Suspension and ending
- We may suspend or disable an account to protect it, other users or the service — for example after suspected misuse or a security incident — and we tell you why unless the law or the investigation does not allow it.
- You may have your account deleted at any time by asking us (see section 10). Deletion ends your access to every application through ventSSO; what we keep after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep ventSSO available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or develop the service; we announce significant changes in advance where we can.
7. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for damage to life, physical integrity or health, as the law provides. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or for the content and operation of the applications you sign in to. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we publish the new version here with its date and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. If you do not accept it, you may have your account deleted.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes are decided by the competent court of Hungary, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
